On 11 November, the European Investment Bank (EIB) signed loan agreements of €200 million for an extension to the port of Tanger Med and €220 million for the construction of a 172-km stretch of motorway between Casablanca and the region South-East of Tadla-Azilal. The loans were granted in the framework of the Facility for Euro-Mediterranean Investment and Partnership (FEMIP).
